If youβre not fully happy with your purchase, you can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

β’ Whenever possible, the product should be sent back in its original packaging
β’ A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, is required
Please note that some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety-related reasons.
If your return is approved, our support team will send you the instructions needed to return the item. Return shipping charges may apply, unless the item you received was damaged or incorrect.
After the returned item arrives and has been inspected, we will update you on the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be sent back through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
In most cases, original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on our side.
