How do I place an order?
To order from PocDasnβ„’, simply browse our collection, choose the pieces you'd like, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and complete your payment to submit the order.

Will I get a confirmation after my order is placed?
Yes. Once your purchase goes through successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

How do I track my shipment?
After your order has been prepared and shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use that information to follow your package in transit.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Because orders are handled promptly to avoid shipping delays, any change or cancellation request should be sent to our support team as soon as possible. We can’t promise adjustments in every case, but we’ll make every effort to help before the package goes out.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Our store uses Shopify’s secure checkout. Customers can pay using major credit cards as well as other payment options made available through Shopify.

What if I receive a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team and include your order number along with photos of the item. We’ll look into the issue and work with you on a suitable resolution.
